MYAN is convening regular national sector meetings to explore the impacts of COVID-19 on young people from refugee and migrant backgrounds in the short, medium and long term, and identify innovative solutions.
Due to the positive feedback we received after the last meeting, we will continue to use breakout rooms to facilitate targeted discussion on newly emerging issues/concerns and best practice, along with opportunities for peer to peer connection and support.
The five themes for the breakout rooms are:
- Mental health
- Youth justice
- Training/Employment
- Education
- Settlement
